HEALTH GUARANTEE
Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. If within 48 hours from the time you the buyer receive the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, we agree to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy to us. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred or return shipping. A refund will only be given upon return of the puppy and receipt of a report from a licensed veterinarian.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from hereditary defects for 1 year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have hereditary defects you may return it to us, at your expense with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian for a new puppy. We are not responsible for any veterinary bills aquired by the buyer.
All puppies sold come with a current shot and deworming record. The new owner is expected to continue the vaccinations as prescribed by the veterinarian. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have proper veterinarian care.
Puppies are easily stressed. Please remember your new puppy is very much a baby.And like all babies it needs plenty of rest, fresh food, fresh water, a warm dry place to sleep, regular excercise, and plenty of love.
All guarantees are with the person purchasing the puppy directly from us, and not transferable to another person. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a puppy from us.
We raise puppies to be family pets. This is no guarantee, either expressed or implied as to their coloring, size or suitability for breeding or showing.
A deposit of 50% of the purchase price will hold your puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable if you change your mind. Puppies purchase price and shipping need to be paid in full before we can ship your puppy.
